I’m Grayson Pechter, a management and esports major at Syracuse University with a focus on the business side of competitive gaming and event operations. I’m passionate about building organized, high-energy experiences—from running VR and esports events to managing projects that bring players, teams, and audiences together. I enjoy leading groups, solving problems on the fly, and finding practical ways to make events run smoothly and perform better.
